Dr. Levi Uche Madueke – Diplomat, Business Leader, and Strategic Advisor
Dr. Levi Uche Madueke is a distinguished Nigerian diplomat and business leader with a strong background in international relations, strategic partnerships, and economic development. As the African Union Commissioner General for Expo 2020 Dubai, he played a key role in promoting Africa’s Agenda 2063 and enhancing global investment in Africa. From 2015 to 2022, he led Africa’s Strategic Partnerships at the AU, strengthening ties with global institutions and fostering economic collaboration. Previously, Dr. Madueke co-led the Pan-African Tsetse and Trypanosomiasis Eradication Campaign (PATTEC) at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), contributing to public health improvements across Africa. His career also includes a tenure in banking, where he held senior roles at Savannah Bank of Nigeria. Currently, he serves as Chairman of Firstbase Business Partners Ltd, Managing Director of Nexus Quorum Consult Ltd and Plasum Energy Ltd, and Chairman of International Affairs & Head of African Emissaries at the Africa India Economic Foundation (AIEF). A committed advocate for economic development and entrepreneurship, he has worked extensively with MSMEs to foster sustainable growth across Africa. Dr. Madueke holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from SMC University in Switzerland and is a published author. His leadership has earned him global recognition, including the Gandhi Mandela Leadership Award, highlighting his dedication to Africa’s development and global engagement.
